I started Precision Labs because I kept seeing the same problem.
Companies invest in CRM systems like HubSpot, but the system ends up living its own life—separate from how sales and marketing actually work. The result is poor data, low adoption, and leadership making decisions without a clear picture of what is really going on.
That is what I focus on fixing.
I work with companies to align HubSpot with how they actually sell. Not how it “should” look in theory, but how the commercial process really works day to day. When that is in place, things start to move—data improves, reporting becomes reliable, and the sales team actually uses the system.
My background is from sales and sales leadership over more than 20 years. I have spent the last years working hands-on with HubSpot, both for my own business and for clients. That matters, because I do not just design setups—I use them. Every day.
That gives me a different perspective. I know where things typically break, what gets ignored, and what actually creates impact.
I do not try to replace agencies or implementation partners. I work alongside them when needed. My role is to make sure what gets built is grounded in the business and works in practice.
And when needed, I bring in people I trust to solve specific parts of the setup.
